Sugar-Free Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. margarine, softened
15 Splenda packets or 3/4 c. pourable Splenda granules
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (2 large ripe bananas)
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat milk, eggs, margarine, Splenda and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add mashed bananas and beat 1 minute. Add flour mixture. Mix with spoon until just blended. Put into greased or sprayed muffin tins or nonstick muffin pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
