Melted Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round/oval loaf French bread
    1/3 c. olive oil or melted butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Brie cheese
Preparation
    With serrated knife, cut hollow into bread 1/2-inch away from sides and bottom; remove from loaf.
    Cut piece which has been removed from loaf into strips, 1 to 1 1/2-inch wide strips.
    Mix oil and garlic.
    Brush inside of shell and bread slices.
    Place cut up cheese in bread shell.
    Place filled shell and slices in a single layer on a 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove bread slices.
    Cook filled shell 10 minutes more and serve with grapes.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
