Honey-Hot Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hot pepper (such as jalapeno or Scotch bonnet), seeded
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Chop pepper finely and stir in honey and black pepper.
    Rub this mixture over chicken breasts and roast them about 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Finish off in broiler, if not browned.
    Can be served with rice or whatever you desire.
