Cheese Dip For Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 triangle Roquefort cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Blend in parsley, onion, celery and hot pepper sauce.
