Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small red potatoes (whole; larger, quartered)
    6 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    3 sprigs parsley, chopped
    fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice garlic thin.
    Combine with potatoes, oil and parsley. Place in a single layer in a flat pan, preferably enameled cast iron.
    Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
