Low-Calorie Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Roll chicken in tomato juice mix. Place, skin side down, in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn chicken and pour remaining tomato juice over it.
Continue baking for 1/2 hour.
