Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot milk
1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat
milk with
butter over medium heat until butter is totally melted.
In separate bowl, beat
eggs.
Add
sugar. Gradually add in mixture of flour, baking powder and salt.
Add heated milk and butter to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes until golden brown.
