Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
chili and garlic pepper to taste (about 1 tsp. each)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Line bottom of casserole dish with chips. Spread chicken over them. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
