Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked cauliflower florets
1 c. cooked, diced carrots
1/2 c. cooked peas
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each: powdered mustard and salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

In salad bowl, combine vegetables.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat.
Makes 4 servings!
