Country Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 crust pastry
3 c. frozen blueberries
blueberry juice
3/4 c. sugar
water
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Thaw berries until most of ice is gone.
Drain off juice. Measure and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Stir into mixture of sugar, tapioca and cornstarch in saucepan.
Heat rapidly until thickening is completely.
Set aside to cool.
Add berries to cool juice.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake on lowest shelf of oven at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
