Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
brown and serve sausage, thawed
Preparation

Wash beets and leave 3-inches of tops and roots.
Cook until skins slip off easily (15 minutes).
Put in cold water.
Remove skins, tops and roots.
