Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 c. warm beer
oil
2 to 3 lb. fish
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix Bisquick, beer, salt and pepper.
Dip fillets in mixture and fry in oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
