Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery (and leaves)
    3 to 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    pinch of oregano
    2 cans V-8 juice
    1 can water
    salt to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix all together and chill overnight.
