Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. white flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 small can green chiles
    1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg in mixing bowl. Add corn, cottage cheese and oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. If too dry, add a little milk. Spread half of the batter into greased pan. Add layer of green chile strips and cheese, then add rest of batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
