Texas Egg Bake(For Large Group, 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cooking sherry
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and milk.
    Fry slowly in 1 stick of oleo. Heat together soup, water, sherry and mushrooms.
    In large glass pan, 9 x 13-inch, lay eggs, then soup, then Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 360\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
