Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. melted oleo, divided
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix potatoes, 3/4 cup oleo, sour cream, soup and cheese together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with corn flakes and 1/4 cup oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
