Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken breast, chunked
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. almonds
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine
    the
    chicken, rice, onion, eggs, salt, almonds and celery;
    set
    aside.
    In
    another bowl, combine the salad dressing,
    soup
    and lemon juice.
    Mix the second mixture into the first.
    Refrigerate
    overnight.
    The
    mixture needs to be fairly moist
    before
    baking.
    If
    it seems too dry, add some water or chicken stock.
    Remove from refrigerator and allow to sit
    at room
    temperature
    30
    minutes.
    Turn
    into a greased casserole and top with crushed potato chips if desired.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
