Grilled Delmonico Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 Delmonico steaks (tell the butcher to not cut off the tips)
    coarse black pepper
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    Adolph's meat tenderizer
    1 c. cider vinegar and 1 c. water, mixed together
    4 pkg. breakfast steaks (thinly sliced sirloin tip steak)
    2 (8 oz.) medium bottles Italian salad dressing (blended type)
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    garlic salt
    black pepper
    4 large white onions, cut in thick slices
Preparation
    Pour the entire two bottles of Italian salad dressing into a large bowl which has a fitted cover.
    Add the cider vinegar; mix well.
    Lightly season meat with garlic salt, Lawry's salt, then the black pepper.
    Immerse the meat in the marinade, making sure all meat is coated.
    Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
