Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 - 9 inch graham cracker pie crusts
chocolate shavings, optional
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spoon filling into prepared crusts. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
