Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 sticks oleo
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cut oleo into flour mixture until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
Stir egg mixture into flour mixture.
Cover dough and chill overnight.
Roll out onto floured board and cut into desired shapes.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0.
Do not overbake. Cool and frost.
