Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt butter and mix in flour, salt, and mustard.
Stir in milk while cooking over a low heat.
Add cheese and heat until it is melted.
Serve over your favorite vegetable.
