Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cube potatoes.
    Cook tender.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Drain; put in casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and, with sour cream and celery soup, pour over potatoes.
    Cover with onion and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
