Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/3 c. diced onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook whole potatoes in salted water, then shred.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add cheese and sour cream until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Fold mixture into potatoes.
    Grease a casserole and dot with paprika and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
