Chocolate Caramel Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. or 1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; cook over low heat until melted.
    Set aside.
