Ellie Cox'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 large green pepper, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2/3 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti mix
    lasagna noodles (use 1/2 of 1 lb. pkg.)
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and green pepper; salt and pepper, then drain grease.
    Mix regular sized can stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste and three cans water and McCormick spaghetti mix. Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add this to meat.
    While tomato mixture is cooking, put noodles in boiling water with 1 teaspoon salad oil (to prevent sticking) for approximately 10 minutes.
    Put in baking dish (13 x 9-inch) about 1/2 of tomato-meat mixture, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese, then add noodles.
    Add remainder tomato-meat mixture and finish with the cheeses on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
