Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. apple juice
2 carrots, grated
2 cans tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper (green), chopped
2 cans low-salt tomato puree
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Simmer over low heat until achieving desired consistency.
Chill before serving.
