Spaghetti And Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 egg white
    1/2 lb. fresh lean ground turkey or extra lean ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. prepared low-fat no cholesterol spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (2.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. (1 2/3 c.) uncooked pasta nuggets (radiatore)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine milk and egg whites; blend well.
    Stir in turkey, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
