Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Remove bone and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
    Mix. Chill several hours.
