Zucchini With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces (half circles)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 leaves basil
    1 lb. cooked rigatoni
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil until soft.
    Add zucchini, basil, salt and pepper and saute in frying pan until cooked, but firm under medium heat.
    Combine pasta and zucchini in larger pan over low-medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add grated Parmesan cheese.
    Mix through and serve immediately.
