Spaghetti Squash With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small spaghetti squash
    3 carrots, grated
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash garlic/herbs
Preparation
    Steam squash 20 minutes; set aside to cool.
    Brown ground beef; drain and set aside.
    Scrape squash out of skin into a bowl. In a large frypan, saute onion in butter until clear.
    Add squash, carrot and seasoning to taste.
    Stir and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Add beef and cheese.
    When cheese melts, serve.
