Super Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
8 carrots
8 potatoes
2 large onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Brown meat; add carrots, potatoes and onions.
Mix soup with one can of water.
Pour over meat.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat.
Cover.
Cook for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
