Sour Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. safflower oil
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Use nonstick muffin tins.
    Add a little oil and heat muffin pan, then add muffin mix.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Remove from pan while still hot.
