Chewy Peanut Butter Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars.
Add vanilla and eggs; mix well.
Add flour and coconut; mix well.
Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
