Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. tomato juice
2 c. peeled, chopped tomato
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
dash of white wine
Worcestershire sauce
cucumber slices
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cucumber slices.
Stir well. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Ladle into large, stemmed glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices.
Yields 9 cups.
