Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 oz. shredded cheese (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain well.
    Place broccoli in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Stir together soup, milk, mayonnaise, beaten egg and cheese until well blended.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture.
    Bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
