Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. stone ground yellow corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. salad oil
1 large grated onion
1 1/2 c. yellow cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1 c. canned cream-style corn
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
