Cheddar Cheese With Port - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Port
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter.
    Gradually beat in the Cheddar cheese with the Port.
    Shape mixture into balls; coat with the finely chopped pecans or walnuts.
