Tuna Salad And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. onion powder
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together and refrigerate.
Makes 2 quarts.
