Madi'S Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe

1 medium unpeeled Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Toss apple with lemon juice; set aside.
Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add sugar and cinnamon; stir well.
Add apple; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Yields 2 servings (about 106 calories per 1/2-cup serving).
