Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boiled eggs, cut up
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    peas and carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Mix margarine and crackers together.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
