Skillet Squash Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 c. thinly sliced summer squash or zucchini
    1 sliced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    speck of pepper
    1/4 c. water or 2 tomatoes, sliced or peeled
    1/2 c. grated process Cheddar cheese
    soy sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add summer squash, onion, salt, pepper and water.
    Cook, covered, 12 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and a little soy sauce, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
