Ripe Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 bushel, about 15 lb. red ripe tomatoes
    20 or more hot peppers
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. allspice
    3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    6 large onions
    8 large bell peppers
    6 c. sugar
    6 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Peel and core tomatoes.
    Peel and finely chop onions.
    Finely chop bell peppers and red peppers.
    Then add spices, sugar and vinegar.
    Stir ingredients thoroughly.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir often to keep from sticking.
    Pour in jars and seal.
