Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms clean. Slice large ones.
    Cream the butter and flour. Add grated onion, milk and salt. Cook over low flame until thick, at least 5 minutes. Add drained fresh mushrooms that have been cooked in salted water.
    Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with well mixed grated cheese and crumbs. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
