Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

13 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 to 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. toasted and slivered almonds
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving the liquid.
In a saucepan, saute the green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.
Blend in the soup and 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Add the chicken, pineapple tidbits and soy sauce.
Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
Top with almonds.
Makes 6 servings.
