Rapee Morvandelle For 4(Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced cooked ham
    4 eggs
    1/2 clove garlic or garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley and chives
    2/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. cream of milk
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated (squeeze out excess water; hash browns or shredded, frozen taters can be used)
Preparation
    Cook onion, oil and butter until tender; add diced cooked ham and brown.
    Beat together eggs, garlic, parsley, chives, grated cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add ham and onion.
    Add potatoes (or hash browns or frozen taters) and mix., Heat 2 tablespoons butter in large pie plate (glass preferably) or skillet.
    When butter foams, add egg and potato mixture.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
