Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts or whole chicken
    6 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 to 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender;
    remove skin and bones.
    Mix Ritz crackers
    with
    melted
    margarine
    and
    poppy
    seed.
    Mix chicken, sour
    cream
    and
    chicken soup.
    Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with a layer of cracker mixture.
    Spread on chicken mixture;
    top
    with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Good to make ahead and freeze before baking.
