Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 doz. eggs, scrambled with milk, salt and pepper
1 box Cheddar cheese and garlic croutons
2 c. mild Cheddar or American cheese
1 tube pork sausage
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
bacon bits
Preparation

with Pam.
Cover bottom with croutons and cover with scrambled egg mixture.
Crumble cooked sausage and sprinkle over top.
Pour a little egg mixture over top and sprinkle cheese,ham, onion and green pepper over top. Pour egg mixture on top and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
