German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 pkg. German or Swiss chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add water, brown sugar, pecans and coconut.
Mix and blend ingredients with a fork; spread evenly in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour over mixture in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes so topping begins to set.
Then turn out onto a cookie sheet.
