Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tenderized round steaks
4 to 6 tomatoes, wedged
2 green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 rice, cooked
Preparation

Cut round steak into bite size pieces and brown.
Add all ingredients, except rice, and let simmer for 30 minutes on low. Serve with rice.
