Pumpkin Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 lb. beef chuck
    2 large tomatoes
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    3 sweet potatoes, cubed
    1 tsp. honey
    2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked corn (room temperature)
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute onion.
    Add meat until brown.
    Heat to boiling; cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Brush inside of pumpkin with butter, salt and pepper.
    Place in Pyrex pan with water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir in corn and marjoram.
